For many small business owners, Hurricane Harvey is still fresh in mind because of the resources and funds required to rebuild businesses.  Governor Abbott has joined forces with Goldman Sachs, Liftfund, and Rebuild Texas Fund to announce a new $7 Million microloan program geared toward small business.
