Chairman's Ball honoring Patti Stafford was a starry night to remember!

Outgoing Chairman of the Board Patti Stafford, branch manager of Amegy Bank in Montgomery was honored at a beautiful starry night of celebration as the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce ventured to the vineyards of Whitley Vineyards on FM 1097 West.  It was an inaugural event for the Vineyard as they hosted the Chamber in celebrating Patti's year of leadership.  They did a phenomenal job of lighting up the property and shuttling guests to the tent.

Events Plus provided the tent, tables and chairs for the evening and decorations came together with the help of The Prairie Place, Wonderland Winery, Send Out Cards, and others!  The food was spot on with catering provided by Pizza Shack in Montgomery. Wine was provided by Whitley Vineyards and the night was complete with DJ services provided by Todd Wellman.  Photography was provided by Gary Parker, Dynamic Global Media.

Awards were presented to members within the Chamber and many accomplishments were recognized from the 2018 calendar year.


Volunteer of the Year:  Kati Krouse, Bears, Etc.


Ambassador of the Year:  Susie Yeager, Lake & Lifestyle Realty


New Business of the Year:  Montgomery Original Snoballs


Business of the Year:  Pizza Shack Montgomery


Chairman's Award:  Sheri McBride, Send Out Cards


Many awards were bestowed upon Patti Stafford in recognition of her time and leadership with the organization.  On hand to present awards were State Rep. Will Metcalf and Vita Swearers from the office of US Rep. Kevin Brady.






The night ended as Patti passed the gavel to incoming Chairman, Phil Knutson of Montgomery Coffee Company and the 2019 Board of Directors was inducted by Montgomery Mayor Sara Countryman.
