Wine Fest 2018 is in the books.

What a spectacular day in Historic Montgomery!  Wine, Music, Beer, Vendors, Children's Area, and so much more!  Our sweet little historic town was showing off big time as we welcomed folks from across the state on Saturday September 15!

What's not to love about Great Texas Wine and Great Texas Music?!  We hosted 15 veteran and new wineries from across the Lone Star State, each featuring 3 choices.  From red to white, and dry to sweet, there was something for every tastebud to enjoy!  We also had a wall of craft beers including a local brewery.



There are not enough words to express our thanks to the leadership team and all the volunteers who made the event possible.  Some long hard hours were put into making it picture perfect, and I believe we accomplished that in spades!

The new look and layout of the festival were complimented by all who attended.  The flow of the stages and wines and such allowed festival traffic to ease in and out of all the areas as well as access all the downtown merchants and our beautiful Historic District.


Shuttle Carts were individually sponsored this year and the free service was a huge hit as we carried festival goers back and forth to the parking lot monitored by our local Boy Scout Troop 491.  They were a HIT!  


There is no turning back now!  The festival has gone to the next level and we are going to be looking for more awesome energetic folks to plug in and make next year even better!  As always, we are thankful to our members of Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce who have the passion and dedication to make this event top rated in the region!  You are something pretty special and we are all grateful!
