About Us

My name is Tracey Kerr. I am a native Houstonian, born and raised in and around Houston. Since 1989 my family has been in Spring. I have lived all over Houston, a few years in New York, and 7 years in Arizona. For the past 9 years I have had the pleasure and privilege to stay at home with my children. In 2014, I obtained my real estate license. I am looking forward to helping people reach their goals in finding the perfect home for them. I left the work force in 2005 to raise my family and help my husband run our air conditioning business. From 2002 to 2005 I belonged to the United States Air Force. While in the USAF I was stationed in Japan and the Middle East just to name a few bases. My career field was Civil Engineering. Being in CE I learned so much about how structures are built and maintained. It was something I thoroughly enjoyed. Before the Air Force I was in the car business. I specialized as a Body Shop Estimator but learned everything from selling cars to the inner workings of the business office. I feel like my path in life has lead me to this point and I am very excited to see where it will take me next. Thank you for your time in reading this little excerpt about me.
